The Strunjan Thalasso Centre
The Strunjan Thalasso Centre overlooks
Strunjan bay on the Adriatic coast, and enjoys a marvellous
green location amidst scented pinewoods. It is also close to the
fascinating saltpans, which are these days also renowned as a
birdwatchers’ paradise. Having an average of 2300 hours of
sunshine a year, the centre is also blessed with an outstanding
climate. Some may say that the hospitality of our personnel
create the feeling that the sun shines 24 hours a day.
The combination of the climate, the seawater and saline mud not
only contributes to our therapeutic treatments but also enhances
an atmosphere in which guests can restore their energy, acquire
a new zest for life, or simply have a nice relaxing holiday.
The fully air-conditioned Svoboda Hotel is near the beach
and, as well as bungalows, boasts upwards of 300 beds. The hotel
facilities comprise a restaurant, reception halls and a café.
The Salia is a beauty centre with thalassotherapy, saunas, a new
swimming pool complex with a children’s pool, hydro-massage with
seawater heated to 32°C, as well as a well-equipped private
beach for hotel guests. The beach extends from the saltpans to
the park, and guests can always find a shady place to rest and
restore their energy.
Sport, relaxation and entertainment
The wonderful mediterranean climate beckons everyone to play
at the sports park where there are facilities for volleyball,

Rosmarino and Brin, the last of which has 8 apartments
